As Korea Division Chair and Jeju President in Hawarng Youth Foundation, I led environmental initiatives and clean-ups in 2022 and organized a major gala in 2023. My efforts expanded our campaigns and grew the foundation to over 6,500 members across 40+ chapters in 15 countries.
Health & Environmental Campaign
2024.06 - 2024.07
I led picketing rallies in Jeju-si and near the Jeju Olle Trail to raise awareness of CO2 emissions and littering. I also promoted healthy eating by researching and distributing seaweed and dragon fruit products to combat child obesity in local schools.
Ocean Clean-up
2021 - Present
As the leader of the volunteer group, I organized monthly beach clean-ups on Jeju Island and participated in Scuba Diving Ocean Clean-ups since 9th grade, focusing on plastic waste and ghost nets. I also raised awareness of littering at popular tourist sites like Geumneung Beach.
